Job Description

Design UX basis competitor analysis, customer analysis and user research Collect project requirements from relevant stakeholders Create workflow diagrams to align objectives and communicate concepts with teams Develop, design, and implement a full and coherent vision encompassing the entire product line Build wireframes, storyboards, and screen flows from verbal and written specifications Create prototypes, run design testing, and refine interactions Collaborate with product managers and engineers to identify and troubleshoot design issues and to ensure projects stay on track and on spec Analyse and update designs using consumer testing and feedback to iterate and improve UX/UI Confidently articulate how a design solution answers user needs, business goals, technical constraints, and other project requirements Oversee the company s design and branding strategy and execution to create consistency and drive improvements. Translate ideas/concepts into visual designs Participate in regular design reviews, where you ll seek out specific feedback on your designs and incorporate relevant feedback

Skills

• Experience creating flowcharts, wireframes, and screen flows
• Good verbal and written communications skills
• Portfolio of work that showcases your UI/UX and visual design skills
• Deep understanding of information architecture, interaction design, and visual design Fluency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, or other prototyping tools
• Well versed with Responsive Web, iOS, and Android design patterns
• Knowledge of the software development life cycle and agile methodologies
• Passionate about crafting gorgeous, user-centric experiences
• You can lead team discussions; solve a problem and contribute new and fresh ideas
• You demonstrate independent thinking, quick decision-making, and teamwork
• You live on the cutting edge of mobile development trends and technologies
• Excellent at articulating design decisions, learnings, and solutions to stakeholders
• Experience working with the cross-functional team throughout implementation to ensure a highest-quality release
