Job Description

Lead and manage a team of UI/UX designers, providing guidance and feedback to ensure high-quality work. Promote and Champion a strong UX culture within the team. Communicate design decisions and recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders, and advocate for user-centered design throughout the organization. Establish and maintain detailed design systems with user-interface patterns, and specifications. Lead and advocate for user-centered design solutions that meet measurable business goals for our global websites and internal products. Drive the design cycle, lead workshops, and ensure all requirements for projects are met. Ensure that designs adhere to accessibility guidelines and meet industry standards for usability and performance. Perform UX audits and tests to iterate over existing designs and optimize the customer/user experience on a recurring basis. Collaborate with product owners, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure that design solutions meet business goals. Create user journeys, process flows, wireframes, and visual design mockups as needed to effectively conceptualize and communicate detailed design and interaction behaviors. Follow up on the performance of the executed designs with developers & Product owners. Open to travel abroad for a short-term duration (2-4 weeks) for design discussions, and meetings with Product owners / Stakeholders.

• Experience in working in a fast-paced agile/lean development environment.
• Expert with hands-on knowledge in creating a powerful UX/UI for websites and mobile apps.
• Proficient in design prototyping and visualization tools such as Figma, Sketch, Invision, Adobe CC, and UXPin
• A portfolio or samples of work demonstrating your process for creating great user-centered design systems and solutions.
