Job Description

Design overall user experience for Retail 3.0 Document, design, develop, and deliver workflows, user interfaces, and related assets for web and mobile applications. Delicately engage with multiple partners, including product managers, engineers, and other designers throughout the implementation cycle. Convey design solutions through various methods including, but not limited to, hi-fidelity mock-ups and prototypes. Be able to conceptualize, develop prototypes and experiment quickly. Drive technical roadmap of the team in collaboration with other stakeholders

Skills

• 3-8 years of experience in designing user experience.
• Experience with crafting online shopping experience & Understanding of common software development practices• Ability to do deep problem solving and build elegant, maintainable solutions to complex problems
• Ability to translate thoughts into design using Sketch/XD, Invision, Principle, etc.
• Degree in HCI or design, with an emphasis on user experience, interaction design, and/or visual design.
