Job Description

Provide technical delivery of Cloud software development capabilities, including analytics and infrastructure. Apply and integrate technologies such as Angular 8+ ,Css ,Node ,Java, J2EE, AJAX, Web Services to conceptualize, design, and develop and unit test web-based (or) desktop applications. Leverage both angular and Java development expertise and an understanding of Cloud technologies to assist with developing overall Cloud transition strategy, to identify opportunities for future growth, and to introduce and leverage new technologies to support current and future mission within the Cloud. Work with the Leads to create product plans, resource and scope estimates and feature technical specifications

Skills

• Expert knowledge in JPA, Hibernate, JDBC, SQL, Spring, JUnit and JSON, REST/JSON web services.
• Strong knowledge in Java Design Patterns.
• Development and implementation of features in any Cloud platform products and technologies.
• Experience developing applications with Agile team methodologies preferred.
• Strong Object-Oriented design skills and understanding of MVC.
• Sufficient experience with Git to organize a large software project with multiple developers to include branching, tagging and merging.

Design, conduct and analyze qualitative studies, including field observations and interviews, remote and in-person user testing studies for existing and future products. Design, conduct and analyze quantitative studies, such as surveys to evaluate impact of product changes and gather insights at scale. Work with research lead, product managers, and designers to align with priorities and execute it. Identify and explore new opportunities through creative research methods and ideation sessions to help define problems, product roadmaps, vision, and strategy. Collaborate closely with other researchers, designers, product managers and marketing to ensure research delivered is integrated into every aspect of the product and provides a holistic view of our users and their problems. Synthesize and communicate research findings and insights to inform actionable decisions to different stakeholders.

Skills

• Proven knowledge of qualitative and quantitative research methodologies.
• Exceptional ability to synthesize multiple inputs (reporting data, metrics, qualitative and quantitative insights) to arrive at recommendations that deliver customer-focused outcomes for the team.
• Experience integrating user research into product design practices.
• Exceptional communication and storytelling skills.
