Planning, designing and conducting qualitative and quantitative research to gather insights Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and evaluate research topics. Take the end to end ownership of user research tasks, understand the user’s viewpoint and make recommendations to internal stakeholders to get necessary changes implemented Preparing research documents and presenting insights gained from users to enhance organisational understanding of users of CashBook Provide mentorship and guidance to the junior researchers or interns

Skills

• Strong understanding of & experience with a broad range of research methodologies, their pros/cons and their application during different phases of product development.
• Have an entrepreneurial zeal to get things done & figure out ways to translate research insights into product experiences.
• Hands-on experience with Quantitative research and metric analysis
• Basic understanding of UX and UI design principles
• Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
• Should have native proficiency in Hindi language
