Job Description

Work closely with the Product Manager, Data and Engineering teams to ensure a high level of CX on the Mobile site, website and apps Conduct UX research and identify the users’ needs and wants Translate concepts into user flow, customer journey maps, wireframes, mockups, user interface, and prototypes Implement best practices in user design methodologies Prioritize an intuitive user-centered design approach with rapid testing and iteration Present well-articulated UX design and IA decisions to teams and stakeholders Plan, organize and participate in ongoing usability testing and assessments Creative ideas with a problem-solving mindset and knowledge of color philosophy and typography Create a user interface for various platforms, as per the requirement of the product Contribute to, and help create, design guidelines, best practices and standards

Skills

• Passion to work in a startup and grow with the company.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of articulating your thoughts and present ideas and concepts clearly to the product, engineering and design team
• Passionate about potential product offerings and innovation to conduct research in the industry’s latest trends and technologies
• Commercially aware, self-motivated and proactive
• Strong problem solving skills is essential
• Experience of using tools such as Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator, InVision and other prototyping tools
