Job Description

Create marketing collaterals such as Social Media Posters, landing pages, and Ads Conceptualize visuals for presentation decks, paid media assets, email layouts, social media assets, charts, and infographics. Create editorial layouts and design brochures, newsletters, and white papers. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business/technical requirements into designs that engage with our audience while adhering to the brand standards.

Skills

Be familiar with UX/UI for websites and Landing pages.
Ability to work on multiple projects and deliver refined design in a pre-defined timeline.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Multitask and work effectively under pressure with careful attention to detail

Job Description

Create user-centered designs by considering market segment analysis, customer feedback, site metrics, and usability findings. Use business requirements and customer research to assist in developing scenarios, use cases, and high-level requirements. Design the visual style, interface, and interaction flow of applications and experiences. Quickly and iteratively create interaction flows, wireframes, and visual design mock-ups throughout the design process.

Skills

• A willingness and work ethic to learn a new business domain and a new application with multiple complex workflows and 10-12 associated user personas.
• Strong sense of empathy towards end users.
• Analyze research around users and usage stats.
• Internalize competitor analysis.
• To understand rational and irrational user expectations especially during software / workflow transitions.

• To determine information architecture and create sitemaps.
• Create thoughtful visually layered prototypes and wireframes.
