Job Description

Provide creative direction and lead design projects from concept to completion. Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and developer, to understand project requirements and deliver design solutions that meet business goals. Uphold and evolve the brand identity across all design projects. Ensure consistency and cohesiveness in visual elements, maintaining a strong brand presence in all materials. Generate and develop innovative design concepts that align with project objectives and brand strategy. Work closely with stakeholders to understand and incorporate feedback into the design process.

Skills

• Proven experience as a Senior Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects.
• Design knowledge for a responsive desktop website and App.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, Adobe XD, Animate), Figma
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong understanding of branding, typography, and color theory.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) design is a plus.

Mandatory Skills

• Incumbent must have experience in digital collateral designing of at least 1 year
• Should have expert knowledge of Adobe photoshop
• Must have hands on experience with designing web banners, emailers and landing pages/microsites
• Should have worked on multiple clients
• Work on all client marketing collaterals for B2B clients

Desired Skills

• Should be a fast learner
• Interested in updating himself/herself on the latest trends in design
• Knowledge of other tools such as Indesign, Corel Draw
• Knowledge of HTML not mandatory, but a good add on
