Skills

• Has a compelling portfolio of prior experience design work for enterprise problems.
• 5+ years of experience as a UX/UI designer
• Has managed a team of 2-5 UX/UI designers
• Has owned the UX/UI design of a product through its lifecycle
• Experience working in the trenches with product teams in an agile environment
• Enterprise products experience
• Familiarity with analytical tools (nice to have)
