We Capital Quotient a leading fintech start-up in Bangalore is looking for a user-experience (UX) designer able to understand our business requirements and any technical limitations, as well as be responsible for conceiving and conducting user research, interviews and surveys, and translating them into sitemaps, user flows, customer journey maps, wireframes, mockups and prototypes. The UX designer will also be expected to design the overall functionality of the product, and in order to ensure a great user experience, iterate upon it in accordance with user-testing.Required experience - We think it’s not a necessary criteria for judging great talent!If you think you are a great fit come over for a coffee at our HSR (Bangalore) office & we will discuss.

Job Description

Develop and strengthen brand assets including style and brand guidelines Deliver high-quality, on-brand graphics to support the superior customer experience. Produce creative assets including graphics, templates, and layouts and visual standards for marketing activities across multiple channels. These include web, social media, events, email campaigns, and other activations Collaborate with team members to develop creative concepts & designs, visualise concepts, translate thought to design to publish them on a variety of channels like digital and print media.

Skills

• Extensive experience in Illustrator, Photoshop, Indesign and other Adobe Brilliant portfolio to showcase your above-mentioned mad skills.
• Prior experience in UI/UX design is an added advantage on the content marketing goals
• High-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite: Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign (web, video and animation software)
• Expert in creating marketing collaterals such as banners, posters, social media Ads, videos (animation), etc
• Independent self-starters who can ideate and execute projects end-to-end with little oversight
