Job Description

Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with the core team Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows, and sitemaps Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look like Create original graphic designs (e.g. images, sketches, and tables) Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g. responsiveness) Collaborating effectively with the product, engineering, and management teams Incorporating customer feedback, usage metrics, and usability findings into design in order to enhance user experience

Skills

• You have prior experience as a UI/UX Designer as well as a strong portfolio of related projects
• You have a sufficiently deep background in product and technology that you can ask the right questions of your team, and balance product, tech, and people concerns.
• You have a high tolerance for ambiguity, agility, and change, especially around organizational structure and the boundaries of your role.
• You value empathetic and direct communication, particularly when giving and receiving feedback.
