Job Description

Collaborate with teammates across product and engineering to define, build, and release new products and features. Construct user flows, wireframes, and prototypes that effectively communicate design concepts for validation. Develop and deliver well-documented, high-fidelity visuals that accurately represent Faire’s brand and design system standards. Participate in and/or lead user interviews and research to better understand customer needs. Contribute strategic thinking to product features and roadmap. Mentor and guide team members, helping them develop and grow. Contribute to and positively shape the design team’s culture through collaboration, feedback, and process iteration

Skills

• Strong design craft skills including interaction, visual, and service design
• Must have a strong grasp of tools like Figma, Adobe suite, and prototyping tools like Framer, Proto.io, etc.
• Ability to understand business objectives, direction and needs expressed from multiple inputs ranging from marketing, business, and technical teams
• Proven experience in all phases of the design process including user research, wireframing, prototyping, visual design, interaction design, and usability testing.
• Demonstrated experience in designing mobile app interfaces for consumer products.
• Up-to-date knowledge of web and mobile design & interface guidelines.
• Skilled in user experience research both to design new products and improve existing products
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to discuss and convey design principles and strategies for stakeholders
• Strong product thinking skills and collaboration with PMs and engineers
• An excellent portfolio that demonstrates systematic and creative design thinking as well as a strong understanding of best practices.
• Passion for a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.

Job Description

Work as an integral part of the growth team, and actively contribute to designing key assets (creatives, website, blog) which would be a part of customer acquisition. Understand the brief from the stakeholders and transform them to tangible designs. Demonstrate solid conceptual, visualization, and communication skills during all phase of creative development from an idea to delivery. Understand the customer, and design persona based assets. Good analytical skills in marketing management.

Skills

• Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as Adobe Creative Suite - XD,InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Photoshop).
• Experience in Animation software - Flash/After Effects is preferred.
• A keen eye for aesthetics and details.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines.
