Job Description

Conducting user research to understand user needs and pain points Collaborating with cross‐functional teams such as product managers, and developers to ensure that design decisions align with business goals and user needs Collaborating with the Team for Website designing, CRM & Application Designing Conducting heuristic evaluations to identify areas for improvement in the user interface. Creating and maintaining design documentation and design assets. Continuously iterating on designs based on feedback and user research Ensuring consistency and coherence across all aspects of the user interface, including visual design, and interaction design.

Skills

• You have proficiency in design software such as Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, and Illustrator, Adobe designing tools Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and design thinking methodology.
• You have strong problem‐solving skills and the ability to think creatively to solve complex design problems.
