Job Description

As a UI & UX Designer, you will work with project managers, product owners & business owners to deliver a powerful brand, image, and flow to our partners and clients. Help guide the product owner to assess the impact of UI & UX changes to partners’ offers and suggest improvements that will drive user acquisition and spending Create UI design wireframes, mock-ups and final designs across all our platforms Maintain and develop a bank of templates for internal use Actively propose new ideas and solutions to design-related tasks or issues Define UI standards, processes, guidelines, and libraries for future use with adherence to product branding requirements. Stay up to date with the latest UI design and usability trends. Create visual presentations for the executives and the clients. Support the product owner with various tasks linked to product definition.

Skills

• Understanding of the basics of prototyping and wireframing
• A strong understanding of user experience design best practices
• Experience as a UI Designer across web and mobile preferably in an iterative Advanced proficiency with design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch, InVision, and Figma.
• Strong understanding of platform-specific (Responsive Web, iOS, Android) visual frameworks, and best-practice interaction guidelines.
• Experience creating PowerPoint presentations
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS and some JavaScript (a big plus)
• Very strong attention to detail
• Excellent time-management and communications skills
