Job Description

Be responsible for the creation of online visual design, typography, infographics, motion graphics, visual concept, logos, icons, and other interactive platforms Be responsible for accomplishing and maintaining the quality of design throughout all phases of the project Be responsible for a wider range of projects, including interactive websites, mobile apps, social media, animation and motion graphics. Execute top quality design work as necessary in alignment with the agency’s standards and client expectations Work closely with the creative team consisting of Art directors, Copywriters, Interaction designers, Technologists as well as Account Managers to develop integrated advertising and digital marketing campaigns.

Skills

• Formal design training with a solid foundation in typography, layout & general design
• Proficient in Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator
• A passion for photography is a plus
• Is comfortable working with and presenting to clients across various industries and levels
• Has a collaborative work ethic and easy going nature
• Takes constructive criticism with ease and grace
• Has a naturally curious mind and passion for interactive media

Job Description

We are looking for a Visual Designer for our office in Mumbai. At Blink, Visual Designers are integral to the creative process and play pivotal roles in the conception and design of groundbreaking multi­context platforms. This person will work closely with the creative team consisting of art directors and copywriters as well as digital and social media strategist to develop integrated advertising campaigns. The visual designer will also be responsible for a wider range of projects, including interactive websites, mobile apps, social media, animation and motion graphics. Brainstorm and create concepts for best-in-class user experiences Translate abstract concepts into simple and elegant user interfaces Create concept models, wireframes, user interface sketches, and detailed schematics. Strategize, concept, and design groundbreaking platforms Develop straightforward design approaches to complex design problems Collaborate actively as part of a multi-disciplinary team Work closely with fellow creatives and developers to ensure a cohesive design system

Skills

• Has a solid understanding of user centered design principles
• Knows what types of experiences are made possible by current technologies
• Has impeccable organization skills
• Is genuinely interested in at least one of these things: product design, commerce, mobile, branding, retail, or social media
• Is an expert communicator and has stellar analytical skills

You should bring:

• 2+ years’ experience in Experience Design or relevant school experience
