Lead x-functional team through ideation, design and implementation of innovative features and products Drive improvements to our products design with a global team Build consensus internally and with customers through partnership, communication, and influence Design product features, workflows, and interactions Leverage data, market research, and competitive analysis to inform designs and deliver value Deliver products that our customers love, yet work for our business Create prototypes, wireframes, stories, and documentation Think in systems to deliver efficient value Mentor team of less experience designers

Skills

• Proven experience with product design and tooling (InVision, Adobe XD, Figma, Sketch).
• Expert in modern product design
• Experience working with design systems and toolkits
• Understanding of User Experience research methodologies
• Knowledge of front-end development
• Experience with agile development
• Highly Logical and business minded
• Excellent visual, written, and verbal communication skills
