Closely collaborate with Product, Engineering, and UX Research to drive product strategy and create simple experiences that our customers enjoy. Take responsibility for the entire user journey, as well as all aspects of design execution, from concept to prototyping, user testing, and final production. Participate in our design critique process to receive and give feedback on your design work. Design appealing and functional user interfaces for web, mobile, and other platforms. Recognize the needs of the product and design accordingly. Throughout the user's journey, understand and empathize with them. Recognize product specifications and user psychology. Gather feedback on the concept and usability testing. Create personas using user research and data. Define the best interaction model and assess its success. Create wireframes and prototypes based on customer requirements. Maintain an awareness of competitor products and industry trends.

Skills

• Detail-oriented, with strong organizational and process skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently while working under time constraints,
• Extremely strong communication skills and a track record of success presenting to cross-functional stakeholders in a clear and compelling manner,

Work with and align diverse stakeholders like product managers, developers, business and marketing to achieve product goals.

Skills

• A portfolio demonstrating exceptional design work is a must.
• Thorough understanding of the end-to-end iterative UX process, including persona identification, wireframing, prototyping, user research.
