Job Description

Collaborate with product management and engineering to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals, and experience Practice user-centered design in all stages starting with sketches and wireframes to high fidelity mockups and digital prototypes Execute all visual design stages from IA to concept to final hand-off to engineering Communicate with engineering teams as designs are implemented to ensure products meet the usability standards. Analyze, resolve and track defects to closure Present the user-interface visually so that information is easy to read, easy to understand, and easy to find Generate clear ideas, user flows, concepts, and designs of creative assets from beginning to end Translate client business requirements, user needs, technical requirements into designs that are visually enticing, easy to use, and emotionally engaging Stay up-to-date with design application changes and industry developments Present work with confidence and make self-driven design decisions incorporating best practices

Skills

• Demonstrable UI and UX design skills with a strong portfolio
• Solid experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps
• Proficiency in Figma/Sketch or any Visual design and Wire-framing tools
• Proficiency in responsive web designing and knowledge about HTML and CSS
• Knowledge about Apple's Human Interface and Material Design guidelines
• Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction
• Ability to present your designs and sell your solutions to various stakeholders.
• Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively
• Up-to-date with the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies
• Building apps that respond to the natural human thought process
