Partner closely with Product and Tech team to drive product strategy and design new product, interface and user experience for the BharatAgri Android Mobile Application Drive designs and oversee the strategic and tactical deliverables related to that project. Empathize with the user through their journey and understand their needs Understand, discuss present user research findings

Skills

• Hands-on experience with Figma, Sketch, Invision, Photoshop (or equivalent software)
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Passion for design and a strong command of interaction and visual design capabilities.

Job Description

Manage design projects across the entire product lifecycle and multiple product launches Prioritizing and articulate product and product features, and working cross-functionally with engineers and product manager to bring these products and features to reality Hands-on with design and challenges in interfaces for mobile products targeting rural audience Rapidly produce multiple concepts and prototypes; knowing when to apply pixel-perfect attention to detail, and when to make low-fi sketches and prototypes Making things happen: execute good ideas that come from team, and make sure that the whole team is doing its best work Comfortable in working for interface designing targeting rural segment

Skills

• Proficiency in wireframing and prototyping
• Understanding of Interaction design principles, branding, typography and color theory
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Necessary: Photoshop, Illustrator), Sketch and all related industry tools
• Creative, resourceful, detail-oriented, highly organized, hands-on approach on user research
• Strong team-player: we work as a small, tightly-knit team and you should be self-starting and motivated to build things
• Scrappy, experimental and excited about a fast-paced start-up environment
• Strong commitment to our mission and using technology to make a difference
