As a User Experience (UX) Designer, you will lead the design effort on a variety of projects in a highly collaborative, fast-paced environment. Your role is to design innovative solutions to real market problems. Work closely with Product Managers to understand requirements and use cases. The User Experience team at Bentley Systems is looking for a mid-level UX Designer. This is full-time position based in our development office in Pune, India. You will work on desktop

Skills

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Factors, Computer Science or related field
• 2-4 years of relevant experience
• Fluency in written and spoken English
• Hands-on experience with prototyping tools (especially Axure), good eye for details
• Familiarity with user research and usability testing methodologies
• Passion for UX design: continued learning and perfection of your skills, awareness of new trends, techniques, and tools;
