Develop wireframes and prototypes around customer needs Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows and sitemaps Develop mock-ups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look like Designing UI elements such as illustrations, banners, GIF's. Communicate design ideas and prototypes to developers Providing advice and guidance on the implementation of UX research methodologies and testing activities in order to analyze and predict user behavior. Keep abreast of competitor products and industry trends Conduct concept and usability testing and gather feedback Adhere to style standards on fonts, colours, and images

Skills

• A portfolio of professional UI/UX design work for both web and mobile platforms.
• Working knowledge of the following technologies and software: Sketch, Photoshop,
• Adobe XD, Adobe Illustrator, Figma, Marvel, Invision, iOS, Android, Design Systems
• and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong knowledge of UX flow, Data Visualisation, Rapid prototyping, and Responsive
• design skills.
• Familiarity with interaction design and information architecture
• Be creative, adaptable to trends and conceptualise original ideas
• Demonstrated strong visual design expertise with ability to produce fresh, simple,
• elegant and exceedingly usable layouts and interactions and iconography
• Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.

• Be obsessed with details and have an eye for good design
• Be enthusiastic about working with and fixing an existing design language
• Be able to establish and maintain visual design and copy-writing guidelines
• Be data-driven and have problem-solving aptitude
• Have experience using wireframing tools such as Balsamiq/Sketch/UXPin (mandatory), Illustrator, Principle and prototyping tools such as InVision/Marvel etc
• Be able to collaborate closely with business stakeholders and front-end developers
• Have a basic understanding of front-end development (HTML/CSS)
• Excellent communication skills

Job Description

Skills

• 3-6 years of work experience as a UI/UX designer.
• Experience in designing enterprise products
• Proficiency in Photoshop, CorelDraw, Illustrator, OmniGraffle, Sketch or other visual design and wire-framing tools
• Demonstrable UI design skills with a strong portfolio
• Author, iterate, and maintain documentation including storyboards, flows, architecture, mockups, prototypes, animations, etc.
• Ability to distill complex processes into simple, clear, user interactions
• Experience in designing dashboard applications (both mobile and web)
• Good understanding of Material Design principles and W3C specifications
• Strong believer of mobile-first and responsive design
• Understands the latest in visual and interaction design trends.
• Attention to detail and a strong bias towards action.
