Job Description

We are looking for an experienced UI/UX designer to direct and oversee user experience and user interface design for the company. Your primary task is to make our product easy to use, intuitive and aesthetically pleasing which will drive user satisfaction. Responsibilities:1. Develop and implement a cohesive UX and strategy and plan: from wireframes to mockups that achieve both user goals and business objectives2. Strategize and facilitate the products interaction design, visual design, usability testing, and interactive prototypes aligning with project requirements and internal best practices3. Work closely with cross-functional teams to define user goals and requirements for your product and ensure the coded applications match up to the delivered designs and design language.4. Forecast hiring needs for the design team5. Support and mentor junior designers on UX design, user research, and prototyping.

Skills

Requirements:
1. 3+ years’ experience leading product’s information architecture, design and prototyping activities for a tech platform/product
2. Ability to interact effectively with product teams of all levels
3. Deep understanding & awareness of product development
4. Portfolio showing experience with aspects of product research and design
5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
6. Must be a self-starter, willing to dig in and get their hands dirty.

Job Description

- Translate concepts into user flows, wireframes, mockups and prototypes that lead to intuitive user experiences.- Facilitate the client’s product vision by researching, conceiving, sketching, prototyping and user-testing experiences for digital products.- Design and deliver wireframes, user stories, user journeys, and mockups optimized for a wide range of devices and interfaces.- Identify design problems and devise elegant solutions.- Make strategic design and user-experience decisions related to core, and new, functions and features.- Take a user-centered design approach and rapidly test and iterate your designs.- Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders.- Ask smart questions, take risks and champion new ideas.

Skills

- Three or more years of UX design experience. Preference will be given to candidates who have experience designing complex solutions for complete digital environments.
- Expertise in standard UX software such as Sketch, OmniGraffle, Axure, InVision, UXPin, Balsamiq, Framer, and the like is a must. Basic HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript skills are a plus.
- Ability to work with clients to understand detailed requirements and design complete user experiences that meet client needs and vision.
- Extensive experience in using UX design best practices to design solutions, and a deep understanding of mobile-first and responsive design.
- A solid grasp of user-centered design (UCD), planning and conducting user research, user testing, A/B testing, rapid prototyping, heuristic analysis, usability and accessibility concerns.
