Job Description

Create early concepts, scripts, visualising storyboards to plan for motion graphics design deliveries. Recording mobile screens, editing video footage and adding effects/elements to deliver motion graphics design. Keep up with the latest Animation/VFX/UI/UX design trends in the industry. Ensure implementation with design teams to select audio, video, colours, illustration, graphics, images, animation, visual effects for motion design. Set up recurring quality checks to maintain the quality. Create plans and trackers along with the team. Research & show relevant gaps to create fresh content Benchmark with industry and competitors to get insights Conduct fundamental changes across digital platforms to ensure consistency Ensure motion/video/animation content is in line with branding directives Repurpose motion content at pre-defined intervals Ensure quality of published motion content

Skills

• Proficient with industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, 3DMax, Maya applications or similar tools)
• Familiarity with 3D, 2D, Video, Motion with technical constraints and limitations as they apply to design for platforms such as desktop and mobile, Android and iOS
• Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary teams (Visual, Communication, UI-UX Design, Marketing, etc.)
• Experience in the technical implementation of Lottie animation systems in a mobile app development environment
• Demonstrable portfolio with projects and specific contributions for video, animation, motion graphic design

Collaborate with business team to identify insights and uncover opportunities for multiple digital products Work with other designers to turn the strategic vision into actionable design features and flows resulting in the development of high fidelity concepts for web and mobile Own the research process of master task analyses, heuristic audits, usability/user flow maps, and wires in order to maintain an environment of continuous improvement Utilize your understanding of visual graphic design and layout along with the principles of usability, interactivity, responsiveness, and current trends to position projects competitively Not just design something but will also monitor the real-time impact of the change and keep improving the user experience and user interface by doing activities like A/B testing Lead workstreams alongside associate designers, and maintain constant communication with cross-functional stakeholder teams

Skills

• Experience organizing research, including designing exercises, leading research and workshop activities, and turning data and insight into design criteria
• Knowledge of heuristics, interaction best practices, standards
• Advanced knowledge of Sketch, Invision, Figma, and Adobe CC, and other tools to produce fast, high-fidelity wireframes, prototypes, and mockups
• Proactive and organized communication and project management skills
• Previous experience working in fast-paced tech startups preferred

Job Description

Partner with UX researcher to write, facilitate, and analyze user research to build a strong understanding of users. Conduct usability studies and put together detailed, structured analysis of issues and potential solutions. Plan, facilitate and lead collaborative design sessions (including sketching and ideation) to generate ideas Design low and hi- fidelity mockups to effectively conceptualize and communicate high-level design strategies and detailed interaction behaviours. Produce deliverables including presentations, graphic designs, wireframes, interactive prototypes, usability reports, design specs, etc. Communicate and present design work to the user experience team, product team and senior leadership for review and feedback and to drive decisions and get commitment on final UX deliverables. Effectively sell design solutions to cross-functional teams and stakeholders through design storytelling and by demonstrating trace-ability in the design thinking. Work with visual designers and engineering teams to ensure integrity of user experience in final product. Apply your UX knowledge and experience to the development of design processes and philosophy. Create and maintain design schedules. Communicate status and agreements with partner teams. Regularly learn and stay up-to-date on design theory, practice and tools. Mentor junior designers to support their development and continuous progress.

Skills

• Excellent problem solving and design skills - ability to understand and interpret user problems within the context of the product / business - and distil findings into actionable design recommendations and solutions.
• Strong communication & presentation skills (written, oral and visual). Ability to confidently work with cross-functional teams across the globe and to present information to all levels of the organization.
• Intellectual curiosity – initiative to dig into the who, why, where, what & how. Curiosity about people, their behaviour and how they interact with mobile / digital products.
• 3 to 12 years of experience as a user experience designer, interaction designer, information architect, or similar UX-related role working on consumer mobile products with at least a Bachelor's degree in design, human-computer interaction (HCI) or a related field.
• Preferably a Masters degree in design. Advanced knowledge of software tools & applications for conducting usability testing, creating prototypes and hi fidelity designs and delivering impactful presentations.
• Experience in designing consumer-facing Mobile apps, both for Android and iOS, Knowledge of best practices for information architecture and interaction design, user-centered design process, as well as user experience principles and techniques.
