Job Description

Lead the design of user experiences for our digital products Conduct user research to understand user needs and behaviours Create user flows, wireframes, and prototypes to communicate design solutions Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to define product requirements Validate design solutions through user testing and iterate based on feedback Develop and maintain design systems and guidelines to ensure consistency and scalability Mentor and coach junior UX designers

Skills

• Strong portfolio showcasing your UX design work
• Expertise in UX design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD
• Experience conducting user research and usability testing
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
• Understanding of front-end web development technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
