Job Description

Design lightweight mock-ups as well as high fidelity prototypes to communicate and validate design decisions Create designs that emotionally engage users while balancing user needs, business objectives and technical constraints Take the lead in user experience research activities and develop personas, customer journey maps and similar artefacts Work closely with Product Managers and Software Engineers within Agile development environments Facilitate design sprints and other design workshops to rapidly produce tangible results and engage senior management of our clients Collaborate with consulting teams to develop product strategy and create business impact Support in the recruiting, formation and evangelizing of the group and its capabilities International travel to work with Bain case teams and clients, as needed

Skills

• A thorough understanding of UX/UI, Design Thinking and Agile methods
• Fluency in working with state-of-the-art UI and prototyping tools (e.g. Sketch, Figma, Invision, Adobe CS)
• Excellent communication, presentation and collaboration skills
• A highly ambitious and entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
