Job Description

Facilitate client’s & our vision by researching, conceiving, wireframing, sketching, prototyping, and mocking up user experiences for digital products. Design and deliver wireframes, user stories, user journeys, and mock-ups optimized for a wide range of devices and interfaces. Collaborate with the client and the development team from Discovery till Final Execution to understand, mentor & review the user experience and improvise. Take the lead on requirement understanding. Share knowledge & best practices and empower others on design thinking and execution. Make strategic design and user-experience decisions related to core, and new functions and features. Take a user-centered design approach and rapidly test and iterate designs.

Skills

• Demonstrable start-to-end execution of a design project.
• Expertise in UI design softwares such as Adobe XD, InVision, Balsamiq, Sketch and the likes is a must. Experience with Qlik Sense, Power Bi is a huge advantage. Understanding of HTML5, CSS3, WordPress and JavaScript skills are a plus.
• Effective communication skills, ability to work with clients and other team members to derive requirements and design complete user experiences that meet the needs and vision.
• A solid grasp of user-centered design and testing methodologies, subsystems, and usability and accessibility concerns.
• Ability to iterate designs and solutions efficiently and intelligently.
• Be open to receiving feedback and constructive criticism. Simultaneously, clarity on the solution provided that can be substantiated.
• Preferred - a qualification from a design institute
