Support in conceptualizing the thoughts to design colorful but yet perfect product Help in refraining the design language with fellow designers. Assist the Senior Designers in creating user-centered design principles to produce high-quality visuals, concepts to execution. Support the team to Craft Design Systems and the Libraries for multiple projects that are allocated. Collaborate with Developers and Designers to ease the communication in Designing the look. Keeping yourself up-to date about the trends and changes in the industry. Effectively contribute to the company in design articulation.

Skills

• You must have shipped a minimum of 2-4 products in the past, having core visual design execution.
• Should be able to think logically to understand the reasoning behind solving complex UI challenges with processes in place.
• Preference will be given for candidates having B2B UX Experience, coming from a startup or with design agency experience.

Figma is a team-first, collaboration-first design tool and we found peace with it. Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, and Founders(we are too cool to say the word management) The usual: user interviews, UX research, wireframing, prototyping, design reviews The unusual: Evangelize design internally and externally. Yes, this is a responsibility. We are design-obsessed for a reason. Maintain a high bar for aesthetics. You are not expected to visual design(It's a huge plus if you can) but you are responsible to work with respective visual design folks.

Skills

• You are a problem solver and your solutions are design-driven.
• Experience working with SaaS products
• Experience designing engaging mobile apps
• The usual: wireframing tools, design tools, design frameworks
• The unusual: an evolved personal process towards design. It's a plus if you write about design.
• Understanding of basic front-end languages: HTML, CSS, JS

Sketch and prototype ideas to quickly access viability, and design the fine grained details of interactions and communicate rationale well. Create high-fidelity mockups of your designs using Sketch, Figma, etc. Develop quick prototypes using Framer, Keynote, HTML/CSS/JS, etc. Recruit and mentor a team of exceptional product, UX and visual designers.

• Experience with variety of tooling - Sketch, Figma, Abstract, Photoshop/Illustrator etc.
