Job Description

Translate concepts into user flows, wireframes, mockups and prototypes that lead to intuitive user experiences. Participate in the experience definition process with Design and Engineering. Drive the clarification of the user tasks and objectives. Identify design problems and devise elegant solutions. Facilitate the client’s vision by researching, conceiving, sketching, prototyping and user-testing experiences for digital products. Ask smart questions, take risks and champion new ideas. Apply current design patterns and guidelines to create a coherent cross-device experience for desktop and VR experiences. Ensure that mockups meet the objectives of the user experience and fit with the client’s brand.

Skills

• 1+ years as a User Experience Designer, creating excellent experiences that delight the customer.
• Experience building Spatial and 2D User Interfaces.
• Proficiency in UX Design tools such as Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) or similar tools to create user interfaces.
• Ability to work with clients to understand detailed requirements and design complete user experiences that meet client needs and vision.
• A solid grasp of User-Centered Design (UCD), planning and conducting user research, user testing, A/B testing, rapid prototyping, heuristic analysis, usability and accessibility concerns.
• Strong attention to the visual details (layout, typography, information hierarchy, etc.)
• High degree of creativity and problem-solving.
• Experience designing for Desktop and Web. Background in VR is a plus.
• Ability to iterate designs and solutions efficiently and intelligently, attention to detail and consistency.
• Ability to rapidly prototype ideas with different levels of fidelity (sketch, whiteboard, wireframes, etc.)
• Ability to collaborate well with the larger team and across teams.
