Job Description

Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows and sitemaps. Design graphic user interface elements, like menus, tabs and widgets Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how mobile-app functions and look like Create original graphic designs (e.g. images, sketches and tables) Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g. responsiveness) Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback Adhere to style standards on fonts, colors and images Creating and maintaining branding guidelines Exhibit passion for emerging technologies, new interaction models, product design, and excellence in visual design Conduct UX research on various means, Create user personal. Create UI. Ability to visually think, articulate and create using various graphics tools Introduce cutting edge designs, animations, effects and tools for developing the product Create customer product experience UI designs

Skills

• Proven work experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role Advanced experience with GUI Design, Mobile/Web Design, Axure, Sketch, Visual Design.
• Collaboration, Research skills, Self-Motivated Learner
• Portfolio of design projects (portfolio must be submitted)
• Knowledge of wireframe tools (e.g. Balsamiq, Sketch, Figma, etc)
• Up-to-date knowledge of design software like Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
• Team spirit; strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders
• Exceptional visual design skills with sensitivity to intelligent system interactions
• Animation, 3D visualization, and motion graphics prototyping skills
• Versed in Human-Centered design thinking approach, techniques and philosophy
• Social media or a consumer-facing app development experience is preferred, candidates that have relevant creative work experience in digital product design solutions are a fit
• Video editing and nuanced motion/animation skills
• Experience in 3D modeling in C4D, Maya or similar toolset are a plus
• Should be up-to-date with the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies
• Mobile game development experience
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, AJAX or similar technologies.
• Working experience in mobile-based applications (Android and IOS) is essential.
• Good communication skills.
• Knowledge of performance aspects of mobile applications.
• Proficiency with mobile (iOS, android) and web standards and accessibility compliance.
• Ability to multi-task under pressure and work independently with minimal supervision.
