Plan and implement new designs for the agency and products Optimize existing user interface designs by understanding user feedback and requirements Test for intuitiveness and experience Communicate with clients to understand their business goals and objectives Develop technical and business requirements and always strive to deliver intuitive and user-centered solutions Combine creativity with an awareness of the design elements Create prototypes for new product ideas Test new ideas before implementing Conduct ongoing user research Understanding of 7 principles of UX Understanding of 10 heuristics of UI Understanding of Typography & Colour for different formats Strong problem-solving techniques Can follow a brand style guide for web implementation Ability to roll out consistent design across media assets with various sizes, applications, and more

Skills

• Proficient with visual design programs such as Sketch, InVision, Adobe Suite and others
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment to develop top-performing interfaces for clients
• Experience with coding and the ability to troubleshoot using HTML, CSS, Hubspot, WordPress, and comparable languages will be an added advantage
• Continued education and research into UX trends and current design strategy and technologies
• Professional written and interpersonal skills when communicating with customers and clients
• Ability to prioritize and manage several milestones and projects efficiently
• Account for challenges using problem-solving skills and seek to optimize data for the best possible outcome
• Experience creating storyboards and website mapping
• A portfolio of professional UI/UX design work for both web and mobile platform
