Position Summary: Utilize user experience skills to work with multi-disciplinary R&D program teams to define, design and test feature and functionality additions and improvements. Participate in conducting foundational research, communicating user workflows, facilitating ideation and sketching sessions, creating/maintaining strategy briefs, creating design documentation (when appropriate), planning and executing experiments to test concepts. • Execute on project deliverables that are determined for the cross-function R&D team, including product and platform work • Facilitate group ideation and sketching workshops to assist in project goals • Participate in the creation of experience strategy briefs • Design online and offline user experiences • Design journey maps and other illustrations of the user experience for the R&D team to utilize through project planning and execution • Create low- to high-fidelity sketches, wireframes, and prototypes to communicate design ideas • Conduct foundational user research to understand user issues and needs • Gather and maintain a list of team questions, assumptions, and hypotheses • Assist in planning and executing research experiments to learn fast and prove/disprove product design hypotheses conducting usefulness and usability testing • Preliminary understanding of UX ideation and design techniques • Experience observing users as part of field studies and evaluative testing • Ability to forge strong working relationships; work collaboratively with multi-disciplinary teams including product managers and developers • Ability to be an effective team member and display initiative and flexibility in team goal orientation in a fast pace, ever changing environment Any one of the below mentioned certifications is an added advantage HFI Certified Usability AnalystUser Centered Analysis (UCA)User Centered Design (UCD) RegardsMahesh
