Job Description

Design email mock-ups and convert to HTML format (across devices) Design and update high quality graphics for a wide range of mediums including; but not limited to: brochures, webpage, print advertisements, trade show displays, sales presentations, digital ads, email templates, infographics in coordination with local Asia team and HQ Marketing personnel. Assist local sales and service teams with India and Asia Pacific graphic design needs for review and approval by HQ Marketing prior to release. Organizational and time management skills for meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Must ensure projects are high quality and on schedule without errors Generate internal materials on an as-needed basis (e.g. business cards, ID badges) Resize and manipulate photos and images as needed. Adhere to Brand Guidelines and stylistic brand identity Apply best practices in both print and digital formats. Design and prep artwork for print production. Coordinate, research and negotiate with vendors. Maintain an organized image library of Astrophysics products, accessories, and features.

Skills

• Fluent in English with ability to spell correctly and communicate effectively.
• Expert in Adobe Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.
• HTML and Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) with additional experience in implementing User Experiences (UI) & User Experience (UX).
• Demonstrated ability to create pieces that look and function well across all devices and are dynamic.
• Strong design portfolio across social media, print and digital mediums.
• Diverse knowledge of layouts, typography.
• WordPress, photography and/or videography experience a plus.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Ability to take creative direction from HQ and work independently and report progress.
