Plan and implement new designs Optimize existing user interface designs Test for intuitively and experience Communicate with project managers to understand their business goals and objectives Develop technical and business requirements and always strive to deliver intuitive and user-centered solutions Combine creativity with an awareness of the design elements Create prototypes for new product ideas Test new ideas before implementing Conduct an ongoing user research

Skills

• Previous working experience as a UI Designer for 3 -4 years
• Excellent UI design portfolio
• BA in design or similar relevant field
• Experience with web and mobile app design.
• Working knowledge of responsive design and grid principles.
• Strong typography, layout and visual design skills.
• Working knowledge of industry tools: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Balsamiq, Omnigraffle, InVision, Adobe XD, Sketch.
• Working knowledge of the ideation and creation of UI design deliverables: Sitemaps, user flows, wireframes, lo-fi and hi-fi layouts, prototypes.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Proactive, independent working style.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Effective time management and ability to prioritize tasks.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Candidates without portfolio will be automatically rejected
