Job Description

Staying informed and understanding the business and user needs Executing tasks for your UI team such that deliverables are met as per the decided timelines Delivering UI related items at different parts of the design process - moodboards, screens, illustrations, prototypes and animation/motion Working with other members of the Product Design team to translate UX deliverables like Wireframes and Flows into finished UI with motion and illustration Making sure the adoption of the design system and that its guidelines are followed by all members of the team Coordinating with the Product Graphics team and briefing them about features so that they can execute their collaterals efficiently Working with UX team on features such that the business goals are met and functionality is maintained keeping visual consistency across the app intact Coordinating and executing end mile deliverables with Front End engineering teams (Android, iOS, React Native) such that the imagined designs are executed with pixel perfection

Skills

• UI expertise and mastery over the use of typography, color systems, iconography and motion
• Strong presentation, communication and argumentative skills
• Experience of working with a design system and enforcing consistency in terms of visual style across teams/features
• Awareness of current visual trends and UI guidelines across platforms
• Hands-On UI Design experience (Figma is preferred over Adobe XD, Sketch)
• Hands-On experience with Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Illustrator)
• Hands-On Prototyping experience (Any of Figma, Principle, Marvel, Invision, Framer etc.)
• Thorough understanding of Front End engineering requirements while executing UI to pixel perfection with screen responsiveness and accessibility considerations
• Basic Excel/Google Sheets experience for working with data/numbers
