Job Description

Understand customer needs, product specifications and user psychology. Create user personas of the target group through user research and data. Conduct concept and usability testing with focus groups and gather feedback. Develop wireframes and prototypes around customer needs and specifications for our B2B SaaS products both on mobile and web. Works alongside engineers and product managers throughout all stages of the production cycle. Find creative ways to solve UX problems (e.g., usability, discovery, adaptability). Keep abreast of competitor products and industry trends. Leads the design for new experiences and improvements of existing experiences. Works alongside engineers and product managers throughout all stages of the production cycle. Plans and defines the strategy for the direction of future iterations. Quickly iterates on multiple interactive design solutions and work through details. Works alongside engineers and product managers throughout all stages of the production cycle. Skills

• Experience in B2B product company is preferable
• Attention to detail, good eye for design and a user-centred obsession for good UX
• Knowledge of the whole UX/UI design process and experience of user-centred design
• Familiarity with interaction design and information architecture, creating storyboards, and website mapping.
• Understanding of customer journey, business and user needs, user personas, site and app maps, wireframes, prototypes etc.
• Strong sense of visual design, including typography and illustration
• Ability to communicate design processes, ideas, and solutions clearly and effectively
• Expertise in design software like Figma, AdobeXD, Sketch, UXPin, Visio (any one)
• Problem-solving aptitude and analytical mind with a business acumen
• Excellent communication skills
• A portfolio or samples of work demonstrating experience creating a great user-centred design solution
