Job Description

Design and detail out the product interface and interaction flows of experiences that bridge voice, multimodal, web, and mobile applications. Develop wireframes, visual mocks and interactive prototypes for validating proof of concept and to drive usability/user testing. Collaborate with designers and UI devs to document and maintain detailed UI specifications, style guides and patterns. Partner closely with the engineering team to develop production grade design deliverables and provide post launch support. Provide implementation guidance to engineers and ensure features launch at the highest quality. Conduct and participate in design reviews with a range of stakeholders across the organisation. Stay informed and on top of the industry trends and advancements in the field of GUI, VUI, AR, and VR. Mentor and guide junior members of the team.

Skills

• Expertise with various Wire-framing, prototyping, interface design and presentation tools. Eg: Sketch, Figma, XD, Invision Principal, Keynote etc.
• Experience designing for multiple platforms (web/app) and form factors, including smartphone, tablet and wearables.
• Comprehensive understanding of the current state of web/mobile technology, best practices, and Interface guidelines (Material Design, Apple’s Human Interface Guidelines)
• Ability to communicate design concepts appropriately and effectively to different audiences and varying levels of the organisation.
• Proven ability to work cross-team and synthesise feedback and input from relevant stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
