Job Description

Be the voice of the Shopper Work across all stages of product development, from early wireframes to final visual designs, and has an obsession over the details along the journey Work with on product to define requirements with the co-founders, not just translate requirements to design outputs Work closely with our shoppers to gather feedback, understand their problems, and share the findings with the company Lead the design of aisle 3 experiences across our new PWA, Tablet, Desktop & communication outputs such as notifications or email Build and iterate on a new design system Design prototypes to test multiple ideas quickly and validate product direction Provide guidance to our engineers on how to use our design system, while applying best practices for UI/UX design patterns Ship, measure, and improve your designs based on quantitative and qualitative feedback Review insights for web analytics or conversion experiments to inform future design decisions

Skills

• Demonstrate mastery of UI/UX principles, best practices, and common design tools
• Is able to discuss the revenue uplift of their product decision decisions
• Worked on high growth apps using Gamification principles
• Has previously worked in either Marketplace or eCommerce sectors
• Strong portfolio with examples of elegant UX design that elicit joy and excitement
• A high degree of accountability and a sense of ownership.
