Collaborating with product, engineering, and sales team to conduct user research, to obtain an in-depth understanding of user requirements and behaviours Translating product requirement them into user flows, customer journey maps, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes Working closely with Product, Engineering and QA teams to ensure quality and timely delivery. Following lean methodology, to develop, test and improve user experience of the product. Defining the best UX practices for internal and external customer success.

Skills

• Ability to convert technical and business requirements into user-centered solutions.
• Well versed with UX Design Principles, process and able to apply best practices
• Proficient in Design software – Envision, Figma
• Ability to work independently, and deliver projects on time.
