Job Description

We need a dynamic and young individual with at least 5+ years experience of working in the capacity of graphic designer in an ad agency / corporate. He / She should be well-versed with design software such as Photoshop and Illustrator. Experience with After-effects will be an added advantage. The job will include conceptualizing and designing social media posts, banners, brochures and other marketing and branding collateral for the company. It will also include adaptation of existing designs to other avenues. The work demands creative flair and professional approach to timelines. The candidate will have to work in close cooperation with the content and digital marketing teams. Designing amazing print & digital collaterals. Print collaterals such as posters, brochures, standees, event collaterals, leaflets and Digital collaterals such as website pages, social media posts/ banners, online campaigns, blog illustrations, newsletters, illustrations for videos etc. Develop the website design such that it communicates to the user visually. Designing the landing pages for our ads that are crisp & prompts action. Designing icons & other illustrations basis our brand guidelines & work towards the enhancement of our brand language. Produce creative, comprehensive layouts and high-level designs for deliverables requiring conceptualization of ideas. Must be a team player & an active contributor to the overall marketing & product function. To create, design and edit interactive documents and presentations, HTML emails, e-publishing for mobile, animated infographics.

Skills

• 5 years (5+ years for Designer) of experience at a creative agency or an in-house creative team.
• Expert Knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator is required. Sketch, InDesign & After Effects are a plus.
• A passion for storytelling, with a particular eye for photography and videography.
• Experience in designing creative and communication for both ATL media as well as digital media.
• An understanding of HTML, CSS and the capabilities of web browsers is a big plus.
• Fluent in best practices as well as technologies for web-based and mobile design.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating past work experience.
