Influence the product User experience strategy by defining user personas and mapping out user journeys. Facilitate workshops and user testing to elicit functional and non-functional requirements for user interfaces Produce wireframes and prototypes that demonstrate intended design and user experience elements Ensure change to product UI follow a consistent design and user experience for ADP hclients, and in line with global ADP design standards and guidelines.
