Job Description

Contribute to all aspects of our design process including research, wire-framing/prototyping, and visual design for Mobile Apps. Own the design process from beginning to end; from whiteboard ideation, to pixel-perfect production-ready asset creation on an accelerated timeline that consistently challenges the creative process. Navigate complex requirements with multiple stakeholders. Be driven by your customer-obsession - self-motivated by massive-scale impact use cases yet cares equally deeply about the edge-cases. Assemble design documentation and assets that can be easily shared and understood by both new and informed stakeholders. Strong collaborative nature as this role will work closely with product managers, designers, and engineers is required to ensure product goals and features are developed in a timely manner. Collaborator with strong communication skills to work with our cross functional partners to understand the challenges at hand and incorporate important feedback. Bonus points if Wireframes and Mockup mobile concepts Define, develop, and design the end-to-end UX for products. Use Design Strategy & Research to assist defining and evolving the product roadmap of your projects, and in prioritizing areas of focus. Help mentor and provide an example for junior designers to follow. Help develop a world-class design culture and practice within our studio.

Skills

• 2 - 7 years work experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role
• Knowledge of wireframe tools
• Strong portfolio showing creativity, depth of thought, UX design interface and showcasing a breadth of styles and approaches.
• Advanced knowledge of Sketch App, Invision, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign) and presentation tools (Keynote, Powerpoint).
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders
• Ability to discuss and explain design options
• Detail oriented, Critical thinker and Team spirit
• Problem solver and customer-centered
• Bachelors in Design, or relevant field
