Job Description

Assist our product design lead in delivering beautiful, thoughtful, and useful work that has a real impact on our clients' businesses. Build prototypes, assisting in user research and usability testing. Create conceptual models, journey maps, interaction flows, wireframes and style guidelines. Drive your designs from concept flows/wireframes to functional high definition visual design. Assist developers with design handoff. Iterate solutions based on customer data, interactions and feedback. Work on internal marketing-related design projects.

Skills

• A creative mindset and a strong passion for product design.
• A strong UX/UI portfolio that shows conceptual design thinking for web and digital apps.
• Curiosity, humbleness and a willingness to try, fail, learn and try again.
• Knowledge in design patterns, design frameworks or systems (Material design, Fluent, Flat design, …).
• Tooling expertise (Sketch, Axure, Invision, Marvel, Adobe, Zeplin …).
• Good knowledge of design composition and colour theory.
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills and can give and take feedback (English and Spanish)
• Extra points for HTML/CSS, Graphic/Print Design skills.
