Job Description

Help transform business needs, market research and user insights into design concepts across multiple channels, including web, mobile and native applications Work closely with engineers, product managers, data analysts, and support teams to define product and user experience strategy. Advocate for user research and design thinking at all levels of the projects. Apply your communication skills with designers and non-designers alike, and effectively articulate what problems you’re solving for and the why of your design decisions. Create and validate concepts through research, low and high-fidelity prototyping, and user testing. Create and maintain design systems Craft user interfaces, screen and state design, for digital consumer and enterprise products Lead the componentization of features and pixel-perfect design in cloud-based design tools Collaboratively create digital product concepts that push the bar for quality and excellence in a given field/industry Harmonise utilitarian needs of the user (accessibility, usability, navigation, key features) Push the visual and interaction design forward and help maintain its cohesion by contributing to our design system and its documentation.

Skills

• High level of English as it is our working language
• Experience in user research and product design with a strong portfolio of UI work.
• Proven strong collaborative and teamwork skills.
• Effective communication skills (verbal & written) across different organizational levels.
• Love for searching solutions to complex problems.
• Design related education and more than 3 year’s experience as UX/UI designer.
• You’re an excellent hybrid designer that can merge visual and interaction design skills to create unique and high-quality design solutions.
• Proven experience in defining, creating, and maintaining a Design System.
• High dexterity in speed and quality with the tools of your trade such as Figma, Sketch, Invision, XD.
• Ability for creating prototypes, from lower fidelity to fully interactive.
• Accustomed to working collaboratively with customers and cross-functional team members.
• Proven history of delivering projects on time.
• Working knowledge of delivery management tools such as Trello, JIRA or Asana.
• Experience in iterative software delivery methodologies SAFe Agile, SCRUM, etc.
• Experience with consumer-facing product design in the ecommerce or retail industry.

Design HTML Pages from scratch with interactivity Gather and refine specifications and requirements based on technical needs Create and maintain software documentation Responsible for maintaining, expanding, and scaling our site Need to be plugged into emerging technologies/industry trends and apply them into operations and activities

Skills

• Proficient understanding of web mark-up, including HTML5, CSS3, SASS. LESS.
• Experience in building responsive web design for web/mobile development and designing HTML pages.
• Proficient with writing cross-browser compatible code in HTML/CSS/JS
• Experience in working with GitHub/SVN
• Good knowledge of ES6, Typescript, state management tools such, ngRx, Redux and Adobe Photoshop, Twitter Bootstrap, and Material Design.
• Good working knowledge of browser Developer tools
