Job Description

Work with product owners and business analysts to understand the domain, define user requirements and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals and experience for the 9ine web app Evaluate user requirements with our Architects and Senior Developers Translate requirements through the illustration of design ideas using storyboards, process flows and sitemaps Create wireframes based on the requirements and evaluate them with the product owners and business analysts Iterate the wireframes based on constant feedback from the stakeholders Design user interface elements through UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how areas function and look like Create original designs (e.g. images, sketches and tables) and provide simplicity and user friendliness to complex design Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders Conduct user research, evaluate user feedback and make adjustments to design Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g. responsiveness) Adhere to brand style standards on fonts, colours and images Monitor and engage with emerging technologies/industry trends and apply them into operations and activities.

Skills

• Proven ability to demonstrate UI/UX design skills in a similar role
• Strong portfolio (please include link or examples in job application)
• High proficiency and proven experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows & process flows
• High proficiency and proven experience in Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch or other visual design, wire-framing and prototyping tools
• Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction
• Ability to think critically, solve problems creatively and effectively
• Up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies
• Fluency in both verbal and written English
• Strong interpersonal skills and a desire to work collaboratively
• Understanding of Agile methodologies
• Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills
• Attention to detail
• Excellent organizational and analytical abilities
