Create user-centric designs by understanding business requirements, the voice of the customer, user journeys, customer feedback, and usability findings Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, low and high fidelity mockups Communicate with development and client servicing team to ensure seamless development of the digital product. Ensure the voice of the customer is present by incorporating customer feedback, usage metrics, and usability findings into design

Skills

• Must possess a thorough understanding of website design, UI design, and essential graphic design theory.
• Up-to-date with the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies
• In-depth knowledge of softwares such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, Invision and some awareness of other design and prototyping tools.
• Excellent communication skills.
