Job Description

Conduct user research and create user personas to inform design decisions Design wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using tools such as Sketch, Figma, and Adobe XD and iterate as needed Cross-functional collaboration with content, graphics and PM teams to bring the designs to life Work closely with developers to ensure that designs are technically feasible and can be effectively implemented Ensure smooth design handoff using tools like Zeplin and Principle Test designs with real users and incorporate feedback to improve the overall user experience Present designs to stakeholders and effectively communicate design decisions and trade-offs Develop and maintain a design system for consistency and coherence Develop a deep understanding of target audiences Stay up-to-date with UI/UX best practices and design trends Work closely with technologists to understand platform capabilities, ideate creative technology solutions and provide solid development guidance

Skills

• Rich experience in designing both web & mobile applications, with an emphasis on B2C products, covering the entire process from ideation to production
• Excellent knowledge of design tools such as Figma, Zeplin, Sketch, Adobe XD, and Invision.
• Proficiency in UX Research, Interaction Designing, Wireframing (Low/ High Fidelity), Prototyping and Information Architecture
• Excellent collaboration, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment
