Job Description

Able to understand client's vision & product requirements and create strategy for the execution. Should be able to conceptualize / pitch idea & proposal / wire framing / user flows / prototyping / etc. Create project deliverables that clearly and persuasively communicate the UX strategy and the reasoning behind it Create user experiences that can be mapped directly to the business and user requirements of the project as well as clearly communicate the UX strategy Take lead on the project all the way from requirement analysis, defining strategy, research exercises, team alignment and execution throughout the process. Passion for critical analysis and problem solving Ability to interact with clients and present the solutions Develop strong working relationships with clients Find out a way of taking a product from concept to execution exciting

• Proven experience in defining user experiences for a variety of applications, products and platforms
• Strong communication skills, both written and oral, with natural ability to articulate and defend design decisions
• Solve complex problems by bringing together design, technology and business insights
• Ability to excite and engage those around you to bring about the best outcomes
• Strong business understanding and communication skills
• Ability to solve UX problems and sketch solutions
• Tech Savvy and experience of having worked with developers

Professional Exp

• 3+ years of experience doing what you do
• Experience leading the creation of digital products and platforms
