About the Company:

This is not your usual career path driven position. There are no roles at Sahaj and no hierarchy. There is no 'Team' of UX designers because you need to work with everyone in here. There are no, 'This is not my job nor my role' attitudes that exist at Sahaj. Ownership is valued and teamwork works over individual heroism. Our salaries are open for all to see and wonder what makes you get it. We believe in questioning every process, tool and method that exists with maturity and backed by experience and don't follow stuff for the sake of it or just because it sounds cool to speak of in the Industry. Simplicity is a philosophy and the heart of what Sahaj does. Its not just our marketing buzzword.

Sounds like game?

Come, talk to us if you want to know more. Do let us know the kind of work you've done so far. Send us a link or some work samples. We are biased towards a formal design education to be honest, but lets see what you carry.
