Job Description

At CasaOne, Experience Designers have a great opportunity to learn and grow. You will be working on customer facing products and will be able to see the business impact of your design within days. On a daily basis, you will:
1. Work with the Product Management team to understand the key user needs and business requirements behind each initiative
2. Discuss your designs with engineers; create an understanding of how your designs are built and, if any, what technical limitations there are to work around.
3. Produce end-to-end UX flows, including storyboards, flowcharts, user-journeys, and wireframes
4. Collaborate with Product Management team members to quickly prototype new features or experiences to get user feedback
5. Derive design inspiration from the best products in the internet and run multiple experiments
