Job Description

As s User Experience leader, you will help define the direction of Huddl’s design. You will actively engage in product strategy, become the users advocate and inspire the team to push boundaries. You understand the clarity UX brings and understand the importance of Pragmatic UX. This will involve creating a design strategy, identity, and motivating teams to push boundaries consistently. You will partner closely with Product, AI, and Engineering teams to create the best in class solutions. A passion for brand, craft and rigour in the design is key.

We need a design leader to help instill a design culture in the company and set a high bar for design. You will be responsible in transforming the organisational maturity from UX aware to UX obsessed. Additionally, you will be responsible for Hiring and crating the right culture for all members of your team.

Your passion for user centered design, will guide research, design process and ultimately create the best in class visually engaging and delightful experiences for Huddl. We at Huddl put heavy focus on context sensitivity and we believe that design that adapts to context will be key for success of our product.

Skills

1. Dream, Define and Deliver on the vision and tone of design for Huddl

2. Work closely with Product Management, Engineering and AI teams to effectively drive the areas of focus and thereby communicate the value of design

3. Actively track and manage design progress for the product

4. Spend time mentoring and nurturing young talent locally and abroad

5. Set and improve design process at Huddl to ensure consistency, transparency across stakeholders.

6. Hiring both locally and abroad
